The Nepalese Society of Wellington

The Nepalese Society of Wellington Inc. was established in 2007 AD. With the increasing number of people with Nepalese ascent living in Wellington, there was a need to build a platform where people could come together and share the cultural events to continue the tradition, values and beliefs they had been following. This need was felt by a few of the Nepalese living in Wellington which laid the foundation stone for the organization. The Nepalese Society of Wellington has been organizing several educational, religious, cultural, social and sports related activities events with the objectives of promoting mutual support and co-operation among members of the society on matters of common concern
