Cyber Safety & Digital Awareness Workshop

In today’s connected world, staying safe online is just as important as staying safe in our homes and neighbourhoods. As a community, we rely on digital tools for communication, banking, learning, and staying in touch with loved ones in Nepal and around the world. This makes cyber safety a shared responsibility. With increasing threats on digital platforms, learning about digital issues and cyber security is a must.

The Nepalese Society of Wellington is partnering with New Zealand Police and organising a Cyber Safety & Digital Awareness Event. The details of the event:

Who is this for?

For anyone who has presence in digital world. This program will be useful for anyone who uses mobile phones, the internet, social media, online banking, email, or any other digital platform.

आजको डिजिटल संसारमा अनलाइन सुरक्षित रहनु आफ्नै घर र छिमेकमा सुरक्षित रहनु जत्तिकै महत्वपूर्ण छ। समुदायको रूपमा हामी सञ्चार, बैंकिङ, अध्ययन र नेपाल तथा विश्वभर रहेका आफ्ना परिवारजन तथा साथीहरूसँग सम्पर्कमा रहन डिजिटल साधनहरूमा निर्भर छौँ। यसले साइबर सुरक्षालाई हाम्रो साझा जिम्मेवारी बनाउँछ। डिजिटल प्लेटफर्महरूमा बढ्दो जोखिमका कारण डिजिटल विषयहरू र साइबर सुरक्षाबारे जानकारी लिनु आजको आवश्यकता बनेको छ।

यसै सन्दर्भमा The Nepalese Society of Wellington and न्यूजिल्याण्ड प्रहरी ले Cyber Safety & Digital Awareness कार्यक्रम आयोजना गर्न लागेको छ।
